  • All Goldwax releasing agents have a base of vegetable oils and wax. Ideal for rye bread, sponge cake, meringues, biscotti, and angel cake type applications

    that are low in fat. GoldWax works well in a commercial bakery or confectionary setting and in restaurants and bakeries. Works excellent for grills, saute lines, panini presses, pizza trays, and is suitable for waffles, spongecake, breads, cakes, muffins, brownies, and more.
